Rental Apartments and Programs
314–316 South Martin Luther King
This property is a quadplex apartment building featuring four two-bedroom apartments. The units are spacious and on a bus route, and rent includes water and sewage fees. The property is well-maintained and includes a parking lot for residents. Laundry facilities are available on-site. No pets other than service animals are allowed.
GLHC's Ballentine Apartments are managed by KMG Prestige. The community has 14 one-bedroom and four two-bedroom apartments and requires enrollment in a case management program for individuals and families who are chronically homeless and/or meet other criteria. Orientations are scheduled on a regular basis to describe the program, expectations and requirements for entry.

GLHC's Ferris Manor is managed by KMG Prestige. The community has 23 one-bedroom apartments with eight units set aside for chronically homeless individuals. No pets are allowed.

Jefferson Street Square Apartments
GLHC's Jefferson Square Apartments are managed by KMG Prestige. The community has 62 units including efficiency, one and two bedroom units. Many of the units have income requirements and residency is restricted to adults 55 years and older. Pets are allowed at Jefferson Square and most units are fully accessible.

Walnut Street Apartments
GLHC, in partnership with the City of Lansing and the Community Mental Health Authority of Clinton, Eaton and Ingham Counties, provides permanent supportive housing for adults with certain health conditions. A special referral process is required for these housing units.
