GLHC Subsidiaries

City of Lansing in partnership with the Greater Lansing Housing Coalition (GLHC) provides programs that allow low and moderate income households to buy their own home.

The City provides funding and technical assistance in support of the Rehabilitation Purchase Program. It helps GLHC acquire vacant residential structures that are rehabilitated and sold to income eligible families.

GLHC is Seeking Volunteers for
The 4th Baker Donora Extreme Street Makeover!

The Greater Lansing Housing Coalition and the Baker Donora Center are partnering for a fourth annual “Extreme Street Makeover!” (ESM!)  This year we will work for 2 days on recreating Linval Street between Baker and Christiancy Street.  Work will include porch, step and roof repairs, walk and driveway improvements, landscape projects.

 

GLHC is seeking a candidates for the position of Development Director
The Development Director will be responsible for the overall coordination and implementation of a variety of housing and community development programs.
