GLHC Subsidiaries

City of Lansing in partnership with the Greater Lansing Housing Coalition (GLHC) provides programs that allow low and moderate income households to buy their own home.

The City provides funding and technical assistance in support of the Rehabilitation Purchase Program. It helps GLHC acquire vacant residential structures that are rehabilitated and sold to income eligible families.

How You Can Help

Since 1994 GLHC has helped provide home ownership, very affordable rental units, pre-home ownership counseling for hundreds, and high impact revitalization of Lansing's neighborhoods 

To sustain this vital work GLHC must raise at least $200,000 in individual, corporate and foundation funds annually.  You can support GLHC financially by

completing the form below.
